As owner of Adopt a Daughter, I work directly with every client. I also hand select, manage and coordinate any team I bring in to provide specialty services as required, such as landscapers, cleaners, plumbers, electricians, etc. With more than 25 years experience in the real estate field, I have built a network of excellent service providers who share my desire to make your life easier.

 

What can I expect?

 

My goal is to provide you with peace of mind. From the beginning, I will consult with you to get a clear picture of exactly what you want, and throughout the process I will check in to ensure that I am delivering as promised. I will evaluate your options, make recommendations, and provide a quote. Then I will manage all of the steps of your move or home transition to bring you peace of mind and make it as easy and seamless as possible for you.

Absolutely. As a licensed real estate professional with more than 25 years’ experience, I can provide you with a full range of efficient and cost effective services to sell your home and maximize your financial return.

 

What will happen to my belongings?

 

There are several options for your possessions when you are making a home transition, including selling them, donating them to charities, recycling them, disposing of them, storing them or keeping them with you. I make recommendations to help you make decisions about your belongings and then take care of the rest so you don’t have to.

 

How much will your service cost?

 

Your situation is unique and so are your needs. I customize a proposal based on an initial discussion of your needs (the first 60 minutes of this discussion is complimentary). That way, I ensure the solutions fit within your budget before we begin. There are some package rates for bigger projects and I encourage you to ask if they apply during our discussion.

 

 

How can I get a quote?

The first step is for us to get acquainted so that I have a clear understanding of what you are looking for. At this initial face-to-face meeting—which is free for the first 60 minutes—we can discuss your needs and design a plan. Based on our discussion and plan, I will provide you with a quote.

 

 

How long will the process take?

 
 

The process varies depending on your readiness to allow decisions to be made. It can also depend on which room you would like to start with. For example, a kitchen may take longer than a TV room. As we discuss your needs at our initial conversation, I should be able to give you a timing estimate that we can agree on and put in the project plan.

 

 

What regions do you serve?

My services are available in the Greater Vancouver Area, however I would be happy to consider outer areas upon request and if timing permits.
